Reproductive Wellness
We offer comprehensive care for every stage of your reproductive journey—from preconception and pregnancy through childbirth and postpartum recovery. Blending clinical expertise with a nurturing approach, we guide and support your body through each transformation so you feel fully cared for at every step.

Fertility Support
Whether you are conceiving naturally or utilizing assisted reproductive technology (IVF, IUI, or TIC), acupuncture offers clinically backed support to optimize your outcomes. By increasing uterine blood flow, regulating key reproductive hormones, and calming the nervous system, acupuncture creates an optimal foundation for conception and healthy pregnancy. It also provides targeted relief for underlying conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid imbalances, and cycle irregularities. While we recommend beginning care three menstrual cycles prior to active attempts or IVF protocols, starting at any stage provides vital benefits for your body, mind, and reproductive health.

Labor Prep & Stimulation
Prepare for childbirth with targeted labor support acupuncture starting at 36 weeks. Labor preparation acupuncture gently supports your body’s natural readiness by encouraging cervical ripening, optimizing pelvic alignment, and balancing your energy for the endurance ahead. As your due date approaches, treatments focus on encouraging the baby into an optimal position and supporting healthy labor onset. Tailored to your unique body and energy levels, this calming care helps build physical stamina and emotional confidence while reducing the likelihood of medical induction.

Breech Presentation
Support optimal fetal positioning naturally with our targeted breech protocol, with 34 to 35 weeks being the ideal window for care. This protocol pairs targeted acupuncture—to release pelvic tension, relax surrounding ligaments, and create space for movement—with moxibustion applied to specific points on the lower limbs known to encourage natural fetal turning. Moxibustion uses a compressed herbal stick (mugwort) to gently warm these points, stimulating uterine activity and fetal movement. You will be sent home with your own moxa stick and clear instructions for self-treatment over 5–10 days. Once your baby has turned, moxibustion is discontinued, though supportive acupuncture can continue to maintain optimal alignment through birth.

Postpartum Care
The postpartum period—often called the "fourth trimester"—is a sacred window for deep healing, replenishment, and bonding. Our postpartum care focuses on restoring your vital energy, balancing hormones, and supporting physical recovery after birth. To enhance your healing, we incorporate traditional "mother roasting" techniques: a time-honored practice that uses gentle warmth to bring circulation back to the pelvic core, ease uterine contraction pain, and expel cold from the body. Paired with restorative body acupuncture, this nurturing care provides the physical and emotional sanctuary every new mother deserves.
