Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of service for each visit. Accepted forms of payment include cash or credit.
Checks are not accepted.
Flex Spending and Health Savings Accounts may be used as payment to cover visit fees not reimbursed by insurance.
Insurance Coverage
Seven Dragons Acupuncture does not currently accept any forms of insurance.
We are happy to provide documentation for reimbursement upon request. Special requests for bulk documentation may be subject to an administrative fee.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and the time of our practitioners. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Appointment no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time are subject to a late cancel fee up to the full cost of service.
